Rowshan Akhter studied at Department of Law, University of Dhaka and Graduated in 1983. She inspired in photography from her husband Mohammad Ali Salim and become member of PSA since 2010. She received her PPSA in 2014, EPSA 2016 and BPSA in 2015. In addition to her EPSA, BPSA Rowshan has gained the other distinctions “AFIAP” from the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP), France in 2015 and EFIAP in 2016. She won more than 80 awards and currently have close to 700 acceptances. She has been invited to serve as a juror for several FIAP/PSA recognized International photographic exhibition. She is a member of PSA Metropolitan Chapter (PSA MET) since June 2015.

Mohammad Ali Salim
Mohammad Ali Salim’s interest in photography began at age 13. But did not start to really develop until he learned to process black & white images in the “Basic Course” at The Begart Institute of Photography in Bangladesh in 1974. Salim was awarded AFIAP (Artist FIAP)- distinction from FIAP (The International Federation of Photographic Art) France, in 1987. He was the first recipient of AFIAP in Bangladesh in 1987. He received his diploma in Professional Photography from the New York Institute of Photography in 1995. He served as the Secretary General of The Bangladesh Photographic Society (BPS) for three terms (1988-1990). Salim has been a member of PSA since 2009 and Member of PSA Metropolitan Chapter since 2015. He received his GMPSA in 2016 and Portfolio Distinction SPSA in 2017.He was listed in PSA Who\'s Who in 2010, 2011 and 2012 as a Top North American Exhibitor. In addition to his GMPSA, SPSA, he gained the following distinctions: MFIAP - In Paris, France, the International Federation of Photographic Art, FIAP, awarded Mohammad Ali Salim the highest distinction, \'Master Photography\' (MFIAP) in April 2013. He is the 2nd and only living recipient of the MFIAP in the United States. (the first was awarded to Mr. Bela Kalman in 1984). Mr. Salim is also the only Bangladeshi born MFIAP to date. EFIAP/Platinum - (Excellence FIAP Level platinum) from FIAP in 2014. Hon. FBPS (Honorary Fellow from Bangladesh photographic Society) in 2016. Hon. FBSPA (Hon. Fellow from Bangladesh Society of photographic Art) in 2014. ARPS (Associateship from Royal Photographic Society) in the UK in 2013. Greece , MFIAP, HonEFIAP FIAP Secretary General
Ioannis Lykouris is born in Athens, Greece. He studied law at the University of Athens and accomplished his post-graduate studies in Civil and Commercial Law at the University of Paris II (Sorbonne), France. Today, he is working as a lawyer in Piraeus and he is the Deputy Legal Counselor of the Hellenic Post SA. He was keen on photography very early. At the age of 12 years, he signed up as a member of the Hellenic Photographic Society, thereby becoming its ever youngest member. Since 1993, he is a member of the Administrative Council of the Hellenic Photographic Society and since 1997 the Greek Liaison Officer in the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP). In the year 2010, he became a member of the Directory Board of FIAP and one year later he assumed the responsibilities both of the Direction of the FIAP Biennial Service and of the Vice Presidency of the Hellenic Photographic Society. Since 2012, he is elected as Secretary-General of FIAP. He often creates diaporamas, sometimes accompanied by his own music and likes landscape photography, portrait, and photojournalism. The last years he is working mainly on nude photography, trying to give his models graphic shapes that go beyond body forms. He has traveled around the world and taken thousands of pictures from different places, especially from remote and difficult to reach areas, like Papua-New Guinea, Borneo, Tasmania, Iran, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tibet, Eritrea, Namibia, Libya, Bolivia, or the Galapagos Islands. His photographs have been published in many foreign magazines of artistic photography. In Greece, his work soon became of the great request and presented in most of the bigger magazines and newspapers. He has participated with success in many Biennials and in many group exhibitions abroad. He has also organized many personal exhibitions in Greece and other countries. His photographs repeatedly won many awards in Greek and international competitions, among them many gold medals. He has participated many times as a jury member to international photographic contests in Greece and abroad. In the year 2002, FIAP honored him with the distinction of AFIAP, which was followed by the distinction EFIAP in 2009 and finally by the highest distinction MFIAP in 2014, for his artistic inspiration and work. In the meantime (2007), FIAP granted him also the distinction of ESFIAP followed by the HonEFIAP distinction (2012) as recognition to his contribution to FIAP and Photography. In 2011 he was honored for his participation and involvement in photography by Sille Sanat Sarayi in Konya (Turkey), as the best photographer of the world for that year. Different photographic Associations or Federations conferred him as a mark of respect for his services in Photography their Honorary Life Membership or Fellowship, among them the Bangladesh Photographic Society (2013), the Foto Club Buenos Aires (2013), the Federation Argentina de Fotografia (2013) the Federation of Indian Photography (2014), the PESGSPC (2015), the Photographic Association of Dum Dum (2017) and the ICS International (USA) (2018). In 2018 China Jinan International Photography Biennial awarded him as one of the top ten international photographers from Europe, America and Asia. The same year he was appointed as Guest Professor at the University of Shandong in China.
Serbia, MFIAP, HonEFIAP President of Photo Association of Serbia
Branislav Brkic was born in 1960 in the city of Valjevo, Serbia. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, where he still resides and works in their own company AB Soft He becomes interested in creative photography in 1977 and has taken part at over 400 group exhibitions in the country and abroad, receiving more than 150 awards. Branislav Brkic has had 33 personal exhibitions in Serbia and worldwide (China, Ukraine, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Bosnia, and Hercegovina etc). In FIAP (International Federation of Photographic Art), Branislav holds the distinctions MFIAP and HonEFIAP. In the Photo Association of Serbia, he holds the highest artistic title Master of Photography. Branislav Brkic has been the president of the Photo Association of Serbia since 2003. He has EPSON Digigraphie Certificate for high-quality printing of photos.

Alex Wroblewski was born in a small town Wisconsin where he started to do photos of his friends, skateboarders. He is a photojournalist and one of the most experienced war photographers in the world. He is working for a few agencies including The New York Times, Getty Images, Bloomberg News, Thomson Reuters among others. The best intern in The New York Times Alex also won The Whitehouse News Photographers Association student award for 2016.

Joanne Stolte earned the “Proficiency” distinction (PPSA) in 2002, the PSA Early Achievement Award in 2003, and the Joseph P. Fallon, Jr. Memorial Award in 2004. In 2007 she was recognized for her photographic “Excellence” (EPSA) and was elected an Associate (APSA). She received the “Master” distinction (MPSA) in 2011 and was elected a Fellow (FPSA) in 2012. Joanne has earned a Gold PSA Editorial Star and the Diamond PSA Membership Star. She was President of the Southern California Council of Camera Clubs (S4C) from 2002 to 2009, and was General Chair of the S4C International Exhibition from 2001 to 2017. For her extensive service to S4C, she was awarded an Honorable S4C in 2008. Joanne received the Artist distinction (AFIAP) in 2008 and the Excellence distinction (EFIAP) in 2013 from the International Federation of Photographic Art. She is a respected international judge, judging for example, the Welsh, the Great British Small Print Circuit, Fotoferia, PSA China, Polish, the Holland Circuit, Gia Dinh (Vietnam), AC-FOTO German Mega Circuit, and Maitland (Australia). Joanne served as Chair of the PSA Photojournalism Division (PJD). She served on the PSA Board of Directors as Membership Vice President from 2005 to 2010 and as Information Systems Vice President from 2010 to 2011. She served as PSA Webmaster from 2010 to 2012. She served on the 2010-2012 PSA Strategic Planning Committee. Joanne is Chair of the Southern California Roundup Chapter of PSA. She is the PSA Journal PID News Editor. She Chairs the PSA Nominating and International Understanding Through Photography (IUTP) Award Committees. For her exceptional service to PSA she received the President\'s Award in 2009 and was elected Honorary PSA (HonPSA) in 2018. Joanne is President of the Photographic Alliance of America (PAA) which is an Operational Member of of the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP). She is the FIAP Liaison Officer for the USA.

Đorđević (Kragujevac, Serbia, 1959). Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of
Kragujevac and from the Press Photography Department of the Yugoslav Institute for Journalism in
Belgrade. Member of FIPRESCI, the International Federation of Film Critics. One of the establishers of
BELDOCS, the International Festival of Documentary Film in Belgrade.
Zoran Dordevic started his career of art photographer in the mid-eighties as a contributor to the magazines
Omladinske novine, Mladina (Slovenia), Feral, Oko, Polet (Croatia) and Pogledi (Serbia), for the latter
of which he also worked as a photo editor. Until 2015, he worked as editor of the film and
documentary programme at Kragujevac Television and as film lecturer at the Student Cultural Centre
in Kragujevac. He is presently head of the Lumière’s Beam Photographic Agency.
Between 1985 and 1995, Đorđević worked as film, photography and video editor of advertising
campaigns at Zastava-Yugo Automobiles. He cooperated with the design and marketing departments of
BMW, Fiat, YugoCars America and domestic advertising agencies. Đorđević won prestigious
photography awards in former Yugoslavia, among them the Diploma of Anastas Jovanovic, as well as
awards at over one hundred international and domestic art photography salons. He holds the title of
Master of Photography from the Photo Association of Serbia and EFIAP (Excellence FIAP). He is
a member of ULUPUDS, the Association of Applied Arts Artists and Designers of Serbia, and an honorary
member of the “Cadre 36” Association for the Promotion of Analogue Photography in Zagreb,
